Environ Communicator

Environ Communicator is a powerful visualisation and editing tool. Communicator renders terrain data produced in Environ Builder to create a run-time only 3D terrain. Users can then edit the attributes of the terrain as they navigate through it to create powerful and realistic representations of the built and natural environment. Environ terrains are geometrically and geographically accurate and are auditable to legal standards. Environ terrains can be analysed to produce accurate quantitative calculations for planning purposes. Virtual Outlooks have developed a unique method of quantitative visual impact calculation which provides a useful aid to the planning decision making process. We have applied a similar technique to complex light occlusion assessments.
